Just having a look at the product list for this morning's preview show at 11 & found JS Boxes & waterfalls kit (http://www.createandcraft.tv/Joanna_Sheen%40es_Boxes_and_Waterfalls_Kit_140312. aspx?#). The info says it's back in stock but I've not seen it before myself. When I took a closer look the templates look very Red Hot Bed IMHO... I may of course be completely off the mark :D
I also notice that there's at least one new Rob Addams CD - a pop up designs one which looks quite interesting...

Apparently these are red hot bed designs made using Joanna Sheen images - they will be on Joanna's web site shortly.

Joanna did have these exploding box templates on her site
The Rob Adams pop up cd is available now from Alan and Barry's site its a Christmas themed one, can't say I'm a fan of these cd's as they are mainly photo images, but then it wouldn't do for us all to like the same now would it it:p
The kit has been made by RHB for Joanna using some of her favourite images from Cds.

Now then, now then! I don't mind a bit of MM...not sure about MM with JS if that happens mind  And I like RHB & Kanban equally - in fact TBH I prefer the card weight with RHB products...just not all the designs appeal :)

I have to say that I am so, so disappointed to see that JS has gone down the RHB route. I know she is a business woman and all that but it all looks so unbearably naff and not at all up to her standards, I do hope that this is just a one off.
Another thing that springs to mind is that JS, Crafters Companion and so on are all selling exactly the same stuff now. RHB is in CC's catalogue as is JS and vice versa and then it is all on Ideal World, getting terribly samey. Even the Create and Craft stuff at my local craft shop is all RHB stuff, including the exploding boxes that JS is now selling, except different images and patterns. Is this what we have to look forward to? Thank goodness for Kanban, at least they are coming up with some new looks, mind it doesn't take long before they are copied I see that the CD guy Nigel has brought out an Art Deco ladies CD, I guess Rob Adams and RHB will be doing them next!

Not that I know much being new to crafting but I always thought that JS and RA were what my mother would call proper artists, so their stuff has a different quality than a lot of the other companies. Sometimes it does seem that teh C&C guests are trying to outdo each other with even bigger and more elaborate cards and decoupage kits. And if I hear SW use the phrase "this is going to take your crafting to another level.." again, I might throw the remote at the telly! But I still enjoy watching them, it's very relaxing and I'm really enjoying playing with all the new craft things that I've got recently. One of my birthday pressies was that Crafters Companions Ultimate Pro, I didn't have any embossing boards before so I've just had loads of fun seeing what you can do with it. Guess I'll get round to actually making something instead of just playing sometime soon.......hehe!!

...funny you should say that Marie - we had a thread a little while back with crafty phrases you love to hate...I'll see if I can find it...

yes, I've heard them all on the telly! Mind you at the end of the day, I suppose that there aren't an infinite number of superlative words or phrases in the English language so we're bound to hear the sames ones again and again.
One that always makes me laugh is when the presenter says "this jumper(coat or whatever) is just going crazy"?????? I've personally never seen a crazy jumper before...I suppose in the olden days they would call it a malapropism. Anyway makes me laugh!

I can't stand that phrase either Marie. I mean at what level do you have to be to get to another level? LOL
And how do you judge what level your on.
At least Steph doesn't overkill the word stunning as she used to.
Suppose she's taken her vocab to another level hehe.

well I'm on a pretty basic level when it comes to craft - I don't know if anyone saw Julian on with DB a couple of weeks ago and he kept talking about having a degree in craftology, which made me laugh! I sometimes think that the women presenters on both QVC and IW make everything very serious so have to find lots of proper words, the men are more relaxed, which makes them more fun to watch.
Anyway back to watch Anthony on We r Memory Keepers and the cute American guy! he he!
