Avatars and Signatures

Are we not gettin Avatars?

Also, it let me put a signature, and today when I was reading a thread I had posted on, my signature and upped and walked away.

Any ideas why?

Before the BB we were only set up to have avatars etc after donating to the site. I suspect Graham & co are working out the bumps on ST.com before here.
