Has anybody bought this kit from QVC? 585754, 200 pages and organiser etc for the clearance price of £17.48. The papers look gorgeous and it's less than half price so i'm really tempted. Is it good value?

Yes - its very good value. The storage is useful 12 x 12 is not so easy to find as A4, the papers are lovely, you have your monies worth even if you only use them to make envelopes as well as cards. The biggest gripe I have is the p&p.

Pleeeeeeeeeeeease don't start talking about this kit again - I shall have to run away with my fingers in my ears singing 'Tra la la!!' :D I'd would love to get it, but I really really really really do not need 200 sheets of 12x12

Sounds like it would make an ideal Christmas pressie, if you've been a good girl, Welly?

Not been a good girl at all this year Dips LOL Far too much crafty spending on kits that are too big for little 'ol me on my own...And if I had a choice of K&Co Kits, I think I'd go for....Mira...or Peppermint Twist...Wild Saffron...Oooo just spotted some lush new Christmas collections Christmas Cheer & Swell Noel...Why does K&Co have to produce the most gorgeous designs?

why was I not surprised that this kit had been teh subject of much discussion on tnhis site before???
Well I've had to get it, I've been looking at it for weeks since it was on QVC, with teh very last of my birthday money instead of the Lindy Bowman boxes. Now, if I can find some decent size boxes, maybe I can use some of the paper to cover them and make pretty storage boxes...
Damn it, no more birthday money until next November. What's my excuse for buying now?

Well it arrived today, really put a smile on my face and I've only just had a quick look at it! The papers are so pretty, there is no way I would have been able to afford them at 45p a sheet (the RRP according to DB and hence £90 worth!) and even at £35 for the kit, it would have been an expensive purchase. But at less than half price, well it would be worth going for more than 1 kit if you do lots of scrapbooking or go to a club regularly. At around 9p a sheet, it is fantastic value. Anyway, I'm goingto go and have another proper look at them and make myself smile again!

My lcs (r.i.p. sob) used to sell K&Co at 60p a sheet so I really couldn't resist this set at that price either - especially as I was tempted several times at full price.
Not actually got mine yet as I had it delivered to my folks and haven't managed to sneak it in yet :o

I treated myself too, as you say too good a bargain to miss, and I've really bought hardly anything this last year, I only got it because I had a small surplus left out of my loan from the DWP for things I needed with the move.
