I don't know how she does it - but she does. Again you've excelled. I placed an order at 09.58 yesterday and just 25 hours later, here it is on my desk, in full and expertly packaged to get here.
I can give no higher recommendation - for my needs as a crafter making to order, it is FoilPlay I continually turn to for supplies and inspiration. When a client gives me specific themes/criteria, being able to scroll through the FoilPlay website helps me design the card and find those extra touches to complete it.

Meant to say what excellent service I had too, only went on holiday and didn't have the chance! I absolutely agree, when making cards to order they often want the one colour/item you haven't got and to be able to get is from someone so reliable is a bonus. Thanks, Wins (have emailed to say thanks as well). Afraid you've got a reputation to keep up now!

She keeps it up; I have friends who use her as 1st choice (they aren't on here couldn't cope--ME sufferers) and Wins has helped me with stuff and presents and I know if I'm having a bad day I can go and spend a few ££ and it arrive (depending when I buy) next day; worst 36/40 hours if it's late evening that I order; and always brilliantly packaged and arrives safely, no bent corners or nicks; and always great, and just enough communication

Gill is always my first port of call for whatever I need (Kanban, adhesives, bling, etc...). I imagine her speeding through her stock room and then dashing to her local post office to send everything on the same day she receives the orders...obviously Royal Mail does the last bit, but it's the prompt posting that beats everybody else's service. In a nutshell Gill doesn't 'sit' on orders ! ;)

Thank you for all your very kind comments :D
Just in the interests of managing expectations and reputation (!), I don't manage to get *everything* out same day - it depends very much on how many orders I have and when the order is received. I aim to despatch by the next working day after an order is received but I do of course send as much on the same day as I can.
Fab - I get Royal Mail to rush to me rather than the other way round as they collect from me each evening
Thank you again, I really do appreciate what you've said and of course your custom! :mysmilie_499:

I agree with the brill service we get from Gill, and Rich as they are quick to dispatch and free delivery too, I don't know how they manage it.think some sites make a good living on the postage alone.
