Installment one of Glenda's latest project/tutorial can be viewed on You Tube - she has an embedded link in her blog

http://artylicious.wordpress.com/2008/11/21/woodland-diorama/

There are more installments of this to come!

Edit, just incase anyone has never played back one of these before..... click the link to take you to Glenda's blog then click the play arrow in the centre of the YouTube screen in her blog post. You may want to make sure you have the sound turned on and the volume up on your computer before you start the video.

Thanks Phree. Are these they same as the one's Flowerpot posted or do I need to bookmark some more? :D

Oh, lol I see Flowerpot started a new thread last night - I had to go to work last night after the first installment was uploaded to YouTube, so this morning I got home and figured I would go look see if the rest of the demo had been uploaded, then came here to update my original post with the other links. Anyhow I guess Flowerpot's links are the same ones I just added to this thread.

Lol Phree, didn't see your post, I was soo pleased to see Glenda had done the demo & got it up on the web, I had to tell all but in my haste didn't see your thread :) Oh well there no reason for anyone now to say they didn't see it on here.

LOL FP, now that's a good point. It's a cool demo, and the more who see it the merrier. Btw I can't help but wonder about Glenda's technique with DST - how easy did that look? A lot easier than faffing about trying to pick the backing tape off with a finger nail - gotta try that!

Yes I noticed DST technique too but I'm sure I've seen some product that's DST that works like that - similar to applying sticky dots. Hmmm. It was on a C&C pre-record - poss Stamp Man or Stamp Addicts? It was used with an applicator, like a tape pen, but with DST.

I'm pretty sure if you tried that technique with 'regular' DST you'd get a sticky mess when you lifted the carrier tape away
