Looking for icicle punch and snowy cardstock!d

I am looking for an icicle punch and also some cardstock that I have seen in a few kits which is white with embossed dots and glitter so it looks like snow. I've come over all Christmassy and would love to find these items to go with the mountain of Christmas stash I seem to be hoarding. :blush: I wonder if anyone can help me in finding where I could buy them.

I've seen an icicle border punch somewhere IB...........if I could only remember where lol! Will go have a hunt around.........
