Does anyone have this set of dies. I've been using my friends and noticed a couple of problems. Firstly only the smallest one has an embossing feature and secondly there aren't any holes on the large ones where you can push out the die cust. We had to gouge them out with a pair of scissors. I was wondering if she had a faulty set or if they are meant to be like that. Thanks

Sorry can't help with the embossing bit but just had a thought, I wonder whether it is possible to cut a couple of tiny holes in the die using the crop-a-dile just to make it easier to get the die cut piece out, I tend to use a pokey tool to get die cuts out if they won't pop out or if there aren't any holes in the die.

Thanks, that's a good idea I'll suggest that to her. I was wondering though if they were a faulty batch.

We've probably got a few in stock, I'll check for you tomorrow but I suspect it is fine as the MD dies don't seem to have the little holes they put in the Spellbinders dies. We use a pokey tool like sheperdess suggested with our own MD dies.

Yes, the smallest die is the only one to have the embossing feature. Have you tried using blue tack to get the diecut out of the die?

Many thanks to you both. I will offer my Crop-a-dile to punch a hole in the centre

All of the ones we have in stock are as you describe so not a faulty batch.
