Just wanted to post a quick note on here to say why it is always worth buying from CountryViewCrafts if you are after an expensive piece of kit!
I bought a Big Shot Pro in March (not cheap, once I'd got a few extra bits and bobs to work with it, it was not much shy of £300 even though CVC were excellent value for money comparatively) having hankered after one for a long, long time. Anyway, you can imagine my sick feeling of horror when the roller stopped working a few weeks ago. Fortunately, this beasty comes with a 5 year guarantee, so I emailed Rich, explained the problem. He was straight onto Sizzix and they arranged to collect my faulty machine and a replacement was delivered in the week.
Now I know that it shouldn't have gone wrong in the first place, but sometimes these things happen, and my problem was dealt with by both Rich and Sizzix professionally and with no attempt to wriggle out of things. That's real peace of mind when you're investing hard-earned money in a big piece of kit.
So Thank You!
