OMG... Final Destination 5 in 3D

I could barely keep on the glasses long enough (despite the obscene price I paid to have them) to watch each horrific episode of torture death threw upon each victim from laser eye surgery that went wrong to your basic meat hook piercing someone's head in a factory.

I was really looking forward to this after seeing the first film (which was tame compared to this one) and now I feel like I will never watch another thriller/horror again. Scary!

Next film to watch in 3D - Lion King or Titanic?

What will you watch?

Watched Transformers 3 in 3D at the cinema (went to watch the new HP but OH got times muddled!) was disappointed in the amout of 3D content TBH.
We have a few 3D blu rays at home and they aren't too bad. I thought 3D would affect my eyes/give me headaches but they don't seem too oddly enough.

I do struggle and if 2D id available I pick it. Although some films meant for 3D are great and I do secretly hope for Star Wars in 3D however, when there is a lot of people wandering about in scenes it does not warrant 3D which was what happened in this film. When it was 3D it was too gross!

Ooh Star Wars in 3D, now that would be a definite in this house :)

Havn't watched Final Destination but can't cope with too much violence in 2D so think I will avoid this one, thanks for the tip :)

Avatar was fab, but all the others I have seen have been unimpressive!
I to find the glasses a pain as I wear spectacles and the 3d just slip off. It also makes my migraines worse!

Can't be doing with 3D LOL If there's a 2D option I go to that - the glasses are a PITA & with my gonky eyes, half the time I don't 'get' it anyway. I suppose StarWars might make me give it a go again...maybe!

Gawd, I'm so technologically behind I haven't even seen Avatar in 3D but I do love that film, so that would have to be the one I'd go for obviously.....should I ever get anything to actually play 3D films on! LOL

I mistakenly bought Fly me to the Moon in 3D (it has Tim Curry my fav in it, well his voice)!! had to buy it again in normal vision as that was how I found out about getting migrames wathcing them!!
A guy at work has two daughters and they have the same problem with 3D films, he said one can only watch about 40mins of HD on sky and gets a headache.

I loved Avatar is was brilliant in 3D. I'm not keen on the ones that have beened 3D'ed in post production as they often aren't that great and bearing in mind the higher ticket price I tend to feel cheated by them.
So now we will only pay to watch films made for 3D (we kept the glasses - so that saves a pound each time) and the others we watch in 2D. I'm not fussed about getting a new tv and not having HD doesn't bother me in the slightest.

I am not really a big fan of movies on 3d as they tend to give me some headache. Though 3d versions of movies seem to be a lot clearer as compared to watching the regular version on the same theatre. The last 3d movie I have watched was Cars and though I like the movie, there was not that much sense for the 3d version of it. Often missing out on its components.

We got a new Tv last week as the other one died a couple of weeks ago. It's a 3d plasma. Can't comment on the 3d yet as the glasses are on back order and not arrived yet. Two pairs were part of the package. Good as Panasonic don't usually supply them with the tv. Also got Avatar and some star wars films free. Waiting for them to arrive too. Although I am no star wars fan lol.
I've recorded Alice in wonderland in 3d and a couple of other things.

Nick's alienware laptop has 3d too. He was pleased when the games he's played on the other pc for years turned out to be 3d on this one.Thankfully the Nvidia glasses came with the laptop.
