I sent the following email to CS on 16th Nov:
I am a craft club member, and regularly watch and purchase craft items from your shows. I was very disappointed to find the 2-4pm show today with Glenda Waterworth was cancelled. Can you please tell me when one of her shows will next be aired?
Today I received the following response:
Thank you for your recent email.
With reference to your query, We do not have any information so as to when Glenda Waterworth will be back. Hence we request you
to please keep watching Television or else you can give us a call in a week's time and confirm about the same.
Obviously we can all draw our own conclusions as to what this actually means:confused:
Personally I thought it wasn't the least bit helpful, as I'm positive they know more than a week in advance what prog they intend to show.:(
So, lovely jubbly we are all none the wiser -as usual with IW :p
