Hi all,
Here is a contemporary Advent Calendar made from the Kaisercraft 25 Drawer Treasure Chest (that could also be used as a Storage Unit).

OOhh, Paul, thats Luuuurrvveely. I was just looking at that and thinking you could make it non-Christmassy and use it to count down to other things as well. Mmmm. I have spent more than enough this month but might just pop by and have a little look. It doesn't hurt to look.....
(Or you could buy several and do each one up for each different event! Don't even know how much they are yet! lol)

That's fantastic, I love the colours and the little sleigh and reindeers on top! Kaisercraft products are wonderful for altering.

Thank you!!!
They can be decorated any way you like, for any event. They are perfect for all your little crafty items, buttons, blooms etc. I have got a few more ideas...you can leave out some of the drawers and just use the shelf section.

I've just taken a look at your blog and I love the two different ways with which you have decorated these advent calenders.............they are both so beautiful in their own style. I love both looks and also this has given me food for thought!
Thanks for sharing,

Hi Janet,
I have made this one for Merley our daughter, for the count down to Christmas. So some of the usual things will go in like...chocolates, little toys, Merley also collects all the precious stones so those as well. The drawers on this storage box are quite a good size so even things like stocks, head bands, bracelets would all fit. You can customise your unit to suit the person it is for. It will be handy after Christmas as well for all her little trinkets.
