Does anyone know if they have come out of this show previously and been offered a ticket free of charge to return the next day? Only trying to save some money as we will not arrive until Sat pm and may want to go again on Sun morning. Would be grateful if anyone can help?

Yes but only once, we were late going out so wondered if it was a thing they did late afternoon, to encourage you back to spend more money!!!

Got my ticket from C & C and it was £6.75 (pensioners disc!) no postage but I know its dearer on the day, think it may be you get complimentary ones if you're late arrivals for the next day - any of these do's usually say last entry "...." but there must be loads who get there late cos of work etc.. Do they publish a map of which stands vendors will be on that we could print off ? dont want to get there and waste an hour planning where i want to go!!

Not a 'map' as such but there is a list of exhibitors and stand numbers:

I go to a much smaller craft show in Cardiff and always check this list. It does save the old legs!

No longer do ICHF give out free return tickets at the NEC - they used to but not know ! - they do give out return tickets at Cardiff and Exeter. Tickets Costs at NEC - 1 day ticket on door £10.00 Adult £9.00 Snr... 2 day tickets £14.00 Adult £12.00 Snr - if you book in advance 1 day ticket £8.50 Adult and £7.50 Snr.
But parking at the NEC as you know is extortionate at £8.00 - the people that look after the parking fees go home at 5pm. so if you stay until the end of the show and saunter up to your car for say 5.30pm.... you may well get FREE parking.....not promising but it always worked in the past.

It's a shame it's not on this weekend as my DH is going to the Dive show there. We'd both have things to drool over then.

Have fun those that are going.

Don't forget you can use your Tesco Clubcard points to "buy" a ticket, £3 of Clubcard vouchers for a ticket, that's how I got mine. I'm also going to go to Cake the next day, so am making a weekend of it!

I guess you could say we both are! I'd be drooling over rubber stamps and DH would be drooling over drysuits. :giggle:

I'm doing free make and takes, overs the 4 days, on the CraftsUprint stand. Don't forget to pop and say hello :)
