Snap!!! I have just had an incident with a pot of Cosmic Shimmer UTEE which I have now christened the "Ah, that's why Glenda does that" mess.... I was having my first foray into using UTEE & don't have a box to chuck the heated material into to re-coat with UTEE...So I was using a piece of folded A4, but I hadn't got the card hot enough to coat it properly so quickly put the card back onto my tin foil (also don't have one of those useful baking sheet thingies ), re-heated said piece of card, dumped it back onto folded A4 paper - neglected to switch off heat gun cos was trying to be quick...and blasted UTEE powder all over the table, chairs, floor.......

Um, did you say "oh bother" too Welly? :D

Edit - and btw if you have one of those NOT Heat Buddy Craft tools you may never manage to get the piece back into the EP fast enough as they don't heat as hot as the Heat Buddy (formerly the Heat It tool). I know cuz I have NO problems with UTEE at Glenda's workshops where we use the Heat Buddy tools, but my own tool at home just obviously is not as hot cuz I really struggle to get the piece hot enough and keep it that way and that is DOING the Glenda technique of tossing the UTEE into a tub so you can chuck the heated piece in real fast. However all is not lost...... my way round the problem is to let it cool enough to handle then re-apply versmark for each additional layer of UTEE I want to add.
