Simply Stamping mag?

I've been having a clear out of my old magazines and I've found a couple of Simply Stamping magazines. Does anyone know if it's still being published? I forgot that I'd even got them, so haven't really been looking out for it.

Apparently Simply Stamping folded over a year ago - I never saw the mag myself but have read lots of comments on other forums expressing regret that it is no longer published.

That's a shame, they had some really good projects, some of which I pulled out before passing them on to my local craft club.
