I have never received anything for QVC ever before - including a card and I have spent a lot of money with them and I have received the code. SCW it says it is valid until 22nd Dec, do you def think that includes craft day? The great thing is that you can buy a bunch of stuff and pay for it in 3 easy pays, not just one item.

Didn't last time - well not when trying to order while not tallking to someone. I think some people managed to blag it on the phone, but the online ordering system had obviously been programmed to recognise that you hadn't been sent the code - must have been tied into your membership number

I got one, but I think it's really mean of them not to give one to everyone. It's not as if they're giving away free goods or anything, if it's based on how much money people have spent, then I think that's very unfair. Have to say I'll be using mine on craft day, there are one or two other things I want so will place one order next Monday and use the code then, but I wish we had all got one.

I got the code but I hadn't read the small print. I thought it expired before Craft Day, so that is good news. I am sure there will be something to tempt me then.

well if I didn't have one and wanted one, I think I'd ring customer services and very politely but firmly tell them that their email or letter containing my code seems to have gone missing and that I'd be very surprised not to get one given that I'm an existing customer. No harm in asking, is there?

I may be stating the obvious here, but have the people who haven't received the code, checked they have a valid email address in their 'Account maintenance' section on the QVC website.

I phoned CS today and apparently it was completely random as to who did or did not get this ruddy code!!!

Completely unfair that some sections of QVC Clientele can swplit their payments and the rest of us poor ruddy plebs have to go without.

Also wouldn't have matter if you had spent thousands as the computer did the choosing completely at random.

I told the nice girl that investigated that I for one think it stinks that they favour some people and not others and that I had no intention of watching QVC whilst I was busy pouting and would certainly not be bothering to watch craft day.

You would have thought with the old credit crunch thingy that they would be wanting to encourage people to spend not be p****ng them off like this.

Anyone want to share their code so I can at least see if it works???

I never get anything from QVC either and I've been with them since the beginning - don't know why I bother with them, they've still not passed on the VAT saving! They must think we're all stupid.

They are passing on the vat reduction on new items.I have had a couple of price decreases since it went down.

You are supposed to pop it in the box marked voucher, not promotional discount and you are sposed to put it in with no spaces in the code.

If all else fails phone CS explain you placed an order and that it didn't accept the code and they will put it through for you.

Just spoken to CS and apparently they are having a lot of problems with the code being accepted on the website.

Thanks LL. Thats where i was going wrong then I put the space in! I did try both boxes. My order has gone through and I phoned CS. Unfortunately they cant change it now and it def hasn't worked. I can still use it If i want something else and the lady said to phone through to make sure it worked.It does seem unfair that everyone doesn't get a code though. As Marie said they are not giving anything away and in these times its a two way benefit they may get more sales if allowing peeps to spread the cost.

The code was accepted on the website for me but on the final page where you 'submit order' it should indicate that you are paying by easy pay, mine didn't so CS took my order

I tried the code which SCW gave me to try and buy the black magic card sets but it didn't work. I'm not that bothered about them, but if there is something else later I'll ring CS with the code.
