... my latest bags. They are on my blog (http://grannycrafting.blogspot.com/) and I am really enjoying the different fabrics. How are all the rest of you stitchers getting on at the moment?

Beautiful bags Penny, I'm trying to work out how you personalised them. Did you stitch it on your machine. Lovely finish on them too. XX

I used the printable ribbon Ephemera so not sure if it will be fast although I have pressed it to hopefully helped to seal it. I think this year may be one with a growning "need" for an embroidery machine! Thank you for your kind comment on the blog.

Hi GP, lovely bags and hope you get a sale soon. I still have the 50p from my first card sale (actually my ONLY card sale!).

I have just been to The Range tonight and got another large sturdy picnic table to go into my craft room (converted upstairs loft). So I can have my card making stuff down one side and my sewing down the other. Just might needs Debbie Shores cushion book...

I'm not sure I am expecting much from Etsy and I am looking at doing a fair at some point, I think that will be a better bet although the tables are expensive. When we have finally sorted out what we are doing I think my daughter will approach one of the local shops. As long as it's small quantities I'm happy with that.

The picnic table is a good idea. I have been looking for something for my room - it's upstairs too so I need something that will go up the stairs easily. I'm off to look at picnic tables - I hadn't thought of that. I have Debbie's Cushion DVD Muffintop and it's great.

Lovely GP!!

I am currently crafting on folding picnic tables in my daughter (who is at uni's) bedroom, as my craft shed is too cold and lonely and doesn't have room for a tv!!

It was £49.99 and I brough one earlier in the autumn - 6ft long and about 2ft-ish wide. I wanted something that would hold my heavy Janome sewing machine. The Range was the best place. It folds up for ease of handling. Worth every penny.
