Not sure what's going on here - as I have posted in another thread I recently ordered their deal on 4 sets of Nestabilities. They said the 2 oval sets would be sent out straight away, but that they were waiting on stock of the new Labels ones arriving - probably at the end of the week. Once the they had the stock they would send on the other 2 sets.

Well my ovals arrived just fine, but then at the start of this week - another packet arrived with only one of the new designs in it. There was no note or anything to say where my 4th set was so this left me in the dark wondering if it had been an oversight that the 4th set had not been shipped of if they are still waiting on stock of that design and will follow on. I have tried to phone them several times to find out - no reply on their phones and I have sent an e-mail enquiry - and no reply to that either after 2 days. I am starting to feel rather uneasy and like I am not going to get the 4 set that I have paid for.

I have just had a look at the OUaS site. I don't know which set you are missing but at the end of the details on the labels one set there is a note:

PLEASE NOTE : IMPORTANT INFORMATION : WE HAVE JUST BEEN INFORMED BY SPELLBINDERS USA OF A FURTHER DELAY IN GETTING OUR NEXT SHIPMENT OF THESE DIES. WE DO NOT NOW EXPECT THEM TO BE HERE IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS !! WE HAVE TRIED , BUT THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT THIS . THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE ANYWHERE ELSE EITHER IN THE UK OR THE USA ! WE ARE SORRY FOR THIS FURTHER DELAY , BUT THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT THIS

I just wondered if maybe they have sent on what they have, and will forward the rest later. I agree that it is a bit unnerving when there is no response to phones or emails. Hope that you get your bits eventually.

I asked hubby for the large circle scallop nesties for Christmas, and am now wondering if I'll get them. :(

We've also got aggro regarding some bike stuff ordered online for Michael. We ordered four items and three have arrived and the company are insisting the fourth item was shipped. That may be the case but we haven't got it! :mad:

Thanks for the reply Lioness, but unfortunately the message on their web site appears to refer to the set described as "Labels 1" and is not the set I am missing. The ones I ordered and so far have not received are the ones described as "Large Labels". I did receive the "Labels 2" set so it appears they have had some kind of delivery.

Your post makes me think that perhaps my "Large Labels" set is also still not in stock, but if so it would have been helpful if they had put a little note in with the other set to say that they had only recived a part shipment and were still awaiting stock of the other ones.

If the place is also a shop, it can be very hard to answer the phone when you've got real customers in there - we never answer our phone if there are real customers waiting for help, however we do have an ansaphone and always call back asap. Not replying to emails is really poor too, although I guess they could be inundated and think that their message on the website is enough - which it isn't really.

I asked my sister for a couple of sets from them for my birthday, labels and scalloped circle. They didn't arrive for my birthday and still haven't arrived for Christmas. I will let her know that you are having trouble with them too as she is beginning to worry too.

Has anyone heard anything yet?
I told my sister as soon as I read this thread as I know she ordered herself some for crimbo and they hadn't arrived yet. She spoke to them Friday and was told they would be despatched Saturday.

I meant to update this yesterday - I finally got a reply to one of my e-mails, it seems my missing set is one of the ones that they did not get stock of and will follow on when they do have stock. Unfortunately they don't seem to have any idea when that will become available. It's good to have heard, but it would be have been better if they had responded sooner!

Yoo Hooo!!! Phree!!... just to let you know that I received my 'Label 1' Nesties this morning from OUAT. I ordered it ages ago (not sure when) Hopefully you've got yours too.

my sister ordered the label ones for my birthday ~ early December ~ and they've come today.

Thanks Sandra and Gill for the update, I still don't have my set of "Large Labels", but hopefully if they have received more stock the ones I ordered are part of the same shippment and are on their way to me.
