Just wonderring if you can visit the shop or do they only sell on line? I believe it is in Barnard Castle and as I live in Sunderland it's not that far. I have just bought the unicorn and fairy themeplate and 150 sheets of 12x12 k and co paper, can't wait for delivery

Hi Susan, yes you can most certainly visit them. Have a look here http://www.graphicus.co.uk/shoptalk.asp for details of their opening hours, directions etc. They are located in a business park just outside Barnard Castle and it's quite easy to find.
Part of their premises is used as a shop, which isn't particularly huge, but they have loads of fab things, papers, stamps, everything you see online and more. Beware that if you take your plastic, you'll come back having used it!
Also they have OpenDays every now and again when they do loads of demos, also they do workshops which are listed on the website. I went to the Openday in December and had a great time, met Glenda and Adrian and lots of other people, as well as 2 great ladies from Sunderland who like me had come along for the day out!
So I hope you can get down there soon, in teh meantime, the K&Co paper collection is gorgeous, I had to get 2, one to use and one to keep, lol!!

Hi Susan, do make the journey as it is well worth it.
My in-laws live in Boldon and oh was moaning about it being a long journey but fil came along with us so we could go on to High Force waterfall afterwards and it made a really lovely day out, the scenery all round there is so fantastic (we're in the Fens so a hill is a rare treat!) that the drive itself was fun.

Hi Diana we often go for day outs round there. Low force is lovely and if you like a good walk cauldron snout is amazing. We were in Barnard Castle last summer and I didn't know Graphicus was there.

Bit annoyed with Graphicus myself....it took them so long to make my order up that everything except for 1 stamp had sold out:mad:

Sorry to hear you didn't get what you wanted.I know its disappointing as i was one short on my order but I was half expecting not to get some of it. I had rung graphicus and the lady said they had had 500 orders through the night as the sale went on line. She said they were going to be working through them in the order received and would only take payment once order was checked. I then checked my debit card a couple of days later to see and the amount taken was less so knew i was not getting it all.Apparently they had more stock of the newer items. Must be most annoying for the regular customers who shop at graphicus and didn't get their order when the likes of me jumped on the bandwagon and snaffled some bargains!

Over on Graphicus Guild, Glenda has explained in detail on how they coped with their sale. It was such good value that the demand was overwhelming but all orders (phone and online) were dealt with in a strictly first come first served basis. They are currently upgrading the computer systems so they have 'real time' stock analysis, this will be online soon (not sure exactly when) so that in the future when you order (online or by 'phone) you will know what is left in stock. They did however warn of delays in despatch because of additional demand over the sale period.
