Can't be bothered to look up the number, was it the bucking toilet that made us howl last year?

No Lorraine, its a machine you stand on and it vibrates I think :D

It's the latest excerise craze - I think that is the the machine Dawn meant. It's is sort of plate that you stand on which as she said vibriates - you then do various exercises and apparently the vibrations which travel though your body from the machine increase the intensity level of the exercise so you get better results faster IFSWIM.

Is it similar to that one I caught Howard demonstrating on IW? Urgh...Howard's legs...
Steph got an absolute fit of the giggles during the 5pm live show last night. She was watching Malcolm doing a demo & he cut a shape from folded vellum ('making an explosion' as they usually refer to it) While it was folded up it looked like a kind of 'Y' - I wasn't listening properly but he then said something about y-fronts. Steph started giggling & more like a g-string....Then she ended up almost choking as she held up the finished shape & pointed at the tip - I'm thinking gallery said something quite crude in her ear at this point as by the time she'd drawn further attention to the shape it did look a little suspect...

I obviously read the wrong (or right) papers then- but thanks for the enlightenment Diana! LOL
