I joined create and craft club in November but since Dec I have not been able to buy anything on line There is a glitch with my account but no one has taken the time to sort it out despite numerous phone calls. The club help line is only open a few hours a day and as I work it is difficult to find time to use the phone . The last time I phoned was three weeks ago I was promised yet again that head office would be in touch as yet heard nothing Should I give up

Hello pegski and welcome :)
You could maybe post this in the c&c section further down and I'm sure if anyone has had a similar problem they'll offer advice - we seem to have suffered from most problems that they can throw at us!

Keep on at them Pegski, they don't do themselves any favours by treating good customers like this.

Success after months of badering and phone calls prob now solved for some reason my email address was channded to co.uk instead of .com yet I repeated my email address to the operaters countless times and not one picked it up until ealier this week I wont be renewing my membership when it runs its course. To be honest Create and Craft are repeating the same old shows and to me it has lost its appeal

Hi welcome; not only will you get friendly advice on here but great chit chat!!! I have been a member of the C&C (Create & Craft) Club since day one; Yes I was one of the saddo's that paid about £60 for the 1st year!!! Anyway Pegski, like you I will not be re-newing my membership this year as C&C CS do not seem to care about what their customrs problems are. I have had a few problems with them. It is well documented on here the problems other members have had & if you want to sort out a problem it cost's you money to phone them; (QVC phone numbers are all free)...
