Has anyone used these and are they any good? I have all the usual suspects for "colouring in", whispers & stampin' up pens, ink pads used with a water brush, pastel pencils & chalks etc but have heard that the promarkers are really good. Am tempted but don't know which set to go for if I do buy. Havn't got any twinkling H20's but there are sooo many of those to choose from

I'm with RW on this one.... Copics have been on my wish list for a while now but at £5 per pen they are a serious investment. If you google them you should find quite a few YouTube tutorials as well as sources to purchase the pens.

.......Back...........Oooeer, can see why you are hankering not buying
Thought I might try prismacolours eventually, I have got some Sansodor which I bought to use with my pastels but eventually worked out that my pastels were watercolours so that was why I was just making a mess LOL!! Sooo I really need those Prismacolors otherwise I just wasted money on the Sansodor ;)
Phree, found them at £3.99 each but still pricy when you need lots of different colours!

Misty you have to check which ones you found - not all work with the air brush tool and not all of them can be refilled. I have not looked at prices for a while but with the bad exchange rate right now I suspect you have found the cheaper Copics as the price can only have gone upwards since the £ fell so much against the $.

Promarkers here. I haven't had them very long so am still learning but find them excellant. I bought the 3 Magna sets which gave a fairly good basic range of colours but have a wish list that includes the rest of them aswell LOL
The only thing to remember is if your using stamped images you need to use an ink that isnt going to bleed into the colouring due to them being alcohol based markers. I am using a Momento ink pad but also stamping well in advance to make sure that the image is dry before colouring it in.

Oh lord, this just gets more confusing, the ones I found are refillable but it doesn't say anything about using an airbrush? Me + airbrush = redecorated dining room

I wasnt thinking of the air brushing system either, i can make enough mess as it is without adding that to the mix :D
I fancy the copic sketch markers not the cheaper ciao pens, but then i wouldnt wouldnt i :D ooh and i fancy the Copic Atyou Spica Markers too
