YES !!!!! ...... Reallly annoyed, but even more so when stuff fails to turn up at all

And yes I hate royal mail at the moment have sent a few things out in strong card backed envelopes with do not bent on, only for the receipiant to say the postie folded the envelopes to get them through letter box:mad:

I hate the 'photographs, please do not bend' and they fold the envelope anyway. IMHO its laziness and lack of pride in their job.

Thank you to Satincollie for my pretty Chic card - the dress peel off is absolutely enormous and I admire her ability to successfully transfer it onto another piece of card - I certainly would have struggled.

spendsloads - one tip I got from one of the craft demonstrators on telly but I am sorry I can't recall which one - might have been DB on QVC... but anyway I have found it does help with large peel offs ..... and the tip is.....

peel it off the sheet then lay it down with the sticky side UP on your craft mat and let it relax a bit for a minute or two, this lets it reshape itself if it has stretched a bit when you were peeling it off the sheet. I have tried this and the peel off really does ease itself back into shape. You can then hover the piece of card you want to stick the peel off onto over it and carefully lay it down on the peel off - remember the peel off is lying sticky side up so it will lift up with your piece of card - at this stage just press lightly on your card - just enough to make sure the peel off sticks enough to come up off the desk when you lift up the card - you can then look to see if you have the postion of the peel off there or thereabouts where you want it on the card - once you can see it's looking right you can press the peel off onto the card more firmly.

When I do that I tend to use a slightly bigger bit of card than I need so that if my peel off is a little bit off center I can leave it where it is and cut the card down on the side or at the top or bottom where I have too much card so the end result is that the peel off is centred if you see what I mean.

Thanks everyone. Glad you liked the card satincollie, and once again my apologies for being so late sending it. Too much excitment in the build up to my holiday made me get muddled about what swaps I had outstanding that needed to be done before I left.

I think the extra day to allow for my shopping trip to get black feathers was worth it tho, cuz once I saw the lady stamped up onto that pattern paper I just KNEW I had to add some real feathers to co-ordinate with her feather boa.

Welly, the embellishment is just some clear UTEE stamped into in black with one of the Filigree Fusion stamps that match that CD papers.
