Joanna Sheen definately - one of the best sites there is for customer service and good prices.
Graphicus - for the inspirational Gallery section - not the most competative prices tho.

Crafters Cove, fast delivery. cheap postage, free over £7.50
Ooo - have they changed that recently? It was free over a tenner when I ordered with them a year or so ago.
Let's see - I have regular haunts:
JS
Foilplay
stamps.co.uk
JillCraft
Then I have secondary haunts LOL:
The Art of Craft
Charmed Cards & Crafts
Sharon Duncan
That's Crafty
One Stop Card Craft
Calico Crafts - but have only just placed my first order there, so although they have lots of scrummy stash, I'm seeing what their service is like!
CleverCut - but their delivery times can be a bit pants

Mainly, QVC, then:
Do Crafts (http://www.docrafts.co.uk/) (sale items straight from their site. I've had 4 orders and been thrilled with the bargains)
Jayrewcraft (http://www.jayrewcraftshop.co.uk)
HandyHippo (http://www.handyhippo.co.uk/)
Storage4Crafts (http://www.storage4crafts.com/)
Chatterbox (http://www.chatterboxgifts.co.uk/)
These are the ones I go back to again and again.
Recently I discovered how wonderful Crafts from Joanna Sheen (http://www.joannasheen.com/) is! I am now all stashed up on her decorative flowers - Flora Doodles (http://www.joannasheen.com/craft-supplies/flora-doodles/). Lovely reusable boxes too.
Good idea for a positive thread ROC - thanks!

Where do you start?
In no particular order the ones I have used and received excellent service::)
Joanna Sheen (who has the BEST customer service I have ever found)
Virgo Crafts (who did retire but it's opening up again - free postage over £5)
Debbi Moore Designs (sign up for her newsletters for bargains)
Glittermonster
Foilplay
Artymiss - if you want bargains and can wait
One stop cards - I'm a new customer but very impressed
Liz's Crafts (yes they use a courier which you can track but no signature required and free post over a certain amount)
Chedder Stampers for good but pricey rubber stamps
Sir Stampalot
A Card 4 U
I've found a new one called Craftee and just placed a small order. They have one-off kits for Iris folding so I've ordered one for MIL's birthday to see how I get on with it. If I don't like it I havn't got loads of the stuff to try and use elsewhere.
Not Happy::mad:
Let's Get Crafty who promised to refund my money and haven't despite my emails and letters.
I've used some on ebay as well but can't remember their names - duh!

I am loving this thread - cos I'm finding new sites I've never even heard of (which was the intention really to share our fave sites and customer service experience).
thanks for the tinker tip Jeanette, although I feel Jo is getting overwhelmed on ebay now her CD's are on C&C.

Just to let you know that my order from Craftee UK arrived today. Very impressed with service and extremely well packed. They had the brown card blanks I was looking for but not in huge quantities. I also bagged a pack of A4 Kanban white cards. Would certainly visit them again.
Quite an old-fashioned looking site but they have loads of choice with one-off kits so you don't get landed with loads of stuff. They seem to value their customers (are you listening Let's Get Crafty?).

Paper Mill
Craft Superstore
JD Crafts
By the way Craft Superstore have excellent A4 sized, clear plastic, storage boxes, much cheaper than my local shop who sell them at £2.99 each!
