1 - 4 = 99.9% probability of being correct

5 = Snowball's chance in Hell probability of being correct

Thanks for that guys.

I'm hoping that Michele Marsden's POTD next week will be the Triple Treasure Christmas CD that they were on about a little while ago.

It's not too horrific, but not for me...I'm still doing penance for my recent splurges & I really do have plenty of Xmas stuff...

I quite like it, too, Welly but I tell you what would have made me definitely go for it, if it was half as much but the cards were twice as big, ie A4 creased to A5. Now days, the smallest cards I make are A5 (I never make A6 cards at all now), and I'm getting fed up with having to chop up all these A6 cards and work out how best to mount them on a larger card.

So, CAC, when you read this, what about it - bigger cards as standard, please!

not sure about bigger cards as standard

but how about bigger cards as a different option

I've never been an A6 fan, judging from the swaps on here not many peopl use them anymore.

They always say the cards in these kits are A6 but they're always bigger when you received them. I've just measured one and they're 17cm x 11.5cm so inbetween an A6 and a 7x5".

Please help!!! I quite like it too but like the rest of you never really do the smaller cards. I also feel its a bit basic for the more experienced crafter unless you cut them down to make bigger cards which sort of defeats the object. Also the decoupage is die cut and I like cutting out. I dont need any more christmas stuff but I am tempted because its free P&P. Please give me reasons not to buy.I have decided I am a craftaholic and need lots of help!:p

Don't do it!!! Not only because you aren't desperate for it but because you just know it'll turn up cheaper another day!
Also this is only the start of the whole xmas oversell for both c&c and qvc (Anna Griffin hopefully has a new xmas kit coming out sometime next month) and there's bound to be something that grabs you more.
I am saying this as a fellow craftaholic who can no longer fit her xmas supplies under 2/3 of a double bed and is wondering where the c&c wonderland kits will fit!!!

Thanks I know you are right. I also popped into my local craft central this morning and as they are no longer doing docraft they are going to have more ideal world stuff so you never know they may have this one in there. Currently they are selling the C&C oriental, everyday and bears in smaller packs for a fiver which are quite good value if you dont want loads of the same.

The only C6 cards I ever make are for a friend who sends them to her mother in Ireland. The postage costs so much even for a small card, I tell her I will make them for her out of bits I have left over. Then all she has to pay is the postage, and not also have to pay for a shop card.
So I always make A5 cards or of late I have started making some a bit bigger by sticking two A4 sheets together and cutting them down.

I guess I am the odd one out then... I still make A6 cards from time to time and have no problem with the size.......but at the moment I do have a lovely idea cooking in my head for an A4 size card - I am going to place the blame for that squarely at the door of Ms Dips..... she corrupted me and she knows why I am blaming her :p

I quite liked these and would consider them as I like easy christmas cards for the bulk of them Resisted buying though as I will wait and see if they turn up in an extravaganza show later in the year

On the subject of the POTD again... I saw bits of the show and thought the designs did look nice for quick cheerful Christmas Cards... so much so I might even be tempted myself if it came up at an extravaganza price.

We will have to keep a look out for the number when they have their extravaganza shows and hope that it will also be free P&P!
