I am in the search for tiny ladies hat with a brim, not die cut, about 2 1/2 inches in diamater,but smaller would be fine , I have looked on several craft sites and on ebay where I found one for 99p that was only 1 1/2 inches but they wanted another 99p for p&p and did not offer reduction on postage if I ordered something else, the same problem is if I go to a craft site they add on vat at check out min spend is £10.00 plus p&p and I dont realy want to go spending more money just to get what I want,So if anyone knows of a craft brand that makes them so I can hunt down a craft shop, or have a pattern to make one from card or something I would be most gratful
