Not yet Linderella. Did DB give any clues last night I wonder? I think its a sure bet to be a christmas kit though!

I am waiting for the Anna Griffin Christmas TSV, so my money is safe - unless it is something extra sensational, and I don't think that is very likely. I know Christmas is important, but a whole day of craft for something which is just 1 day seems excessive. I am sure that we all have enough 'stuff' until Christmas 2018!!

I bought last years Anna Griffin Christmas kit.I really couldn`t make my mind up then finally gave in.When it arrived I was cross with myself cos I didn`t really like it.I have used quite a few of the papers with other things but still have loads of the embellishments left.I keep looking then putting them back in the box cos I don`t really like them. One of those times when I should have taken notice of my first thought and not bought!

Was my fave too, and normally that type of stuff isn't my cup of tea at all. Have to say the few cards I made with it (cos I didnt want to part with too much of it) went down a storm :)

not sure if I'd like that to be the TSV or not. If it is the TSV my money is safe which is good as we have AG next month and Cosmo Cricket in September. Then again if it isn't the TSV, I'm worried that the real TSV might be something I NEED

That sounds like it could be a craftybitz kit, which would be very tempting. However, I'm going to have my ususal moan and say that I wished they used at least A5 cards in kits instead of either A6 or 5x7!

That's definitely a HOTP kit! Thanks for the details. I won't be around to see it on Sat, but hope they'll be a pic up later in the week for a sneaky preview. I shouldn't order, but......if it's HOTP, I bet it will be gorgeous!

I may have to be rational here. Firstly I wouldn't use any of the 80 card blanks or envelopes! Secondly I have stacks of HOTP Xmas papers to use up from the last TSV!! So that just leaves the embellishments and I still have heaps of those too. So have I talked myself out of it yet?.........Nope, not quite :D

I quite like the HOTP style, with all the ribbons and brads, though usually tweak the designs so the cards don't look quite so manufactured - and so I don't have to use all the 'Happy Holidays' greetings that half the cards usually have. I often also swap the cards to larger, better quality ones too as the HOTP ones are a bit on the flimsy side. I have large parts of the last two Christmas kits still at home, but know I will be tempted by all those brads....

Its showing now
Make fun and festive cards for friends and family with this great-value Christmas craft set. It's brand new and has been designed exclusively for QVC. You'll receive 20 A4 sheets of foiled die cut card toppers and 10 A4 sheets of flittered die cut pyramage sheets, featuring Rudolph and snowman designs. Added to this you'll get 20 A4 sheets of foiled cardstock, including scroll, frost and bauble designs, eight sheets of adhesive foiled paper ribbon sentiments, four A4 sheets of mirror card and four organza ribbons for extra decoration.
Don't like the sound of the toppers or the pyramage (don't even like that word), but the foiled cardstock may sound interesting, in which case I'll be popping over to Wins outlet to see if she has it!

Watched it last night and I do think it is lovely. Really liked all those foiled card. Kanban are doing very well now aren't they. Will have to keep an eye on Win's shop.
I have to admit, I like it a lot more than I thought I would. I think that the foiled card is lovely, I do like quite a few of the topper sheets and I really like the sheet with the elongated baubles on it. Personally, I am not at all keen on that pyramage thingy, and it really annoys me when companies call strips of printed card, Ribbon. It's not ribbon, it's card strips!!!!

Oh rats! I knew I was going to like this. Can't justify spending £35 on it but I really do want it. It's not often I see a kit and like all the images in it and know I would use all the bits. Got so much Christmas stuff like everyone else. Hubby has told me it's alot of money as he could see me drooling through the repeat show this morning. Forces of logic came into play - I'm going to my parents on Wednesday night and won't be back for a week and a half. As it's QVC I know it won't be delivered before Wednesday and I don't want it sitting around the sorting office for so long. I daren't get it sent to my parents coz everyone will know I've bought it then. To add insult to injury one the images is of a fabulous Penfold post box. I'm so going to have to track that one down.
Why don't you put one on cheque hold. That way, you can think about it in the cold light of day whilst your away and decide whether you really do want it or not. If don't, cancel it, if you do, get it delivered once you're back from your trip.
I shall buy a few individual bits and pieces when we get it in the shop. ;)

Is there a layer missing from the pyramage cards? Certainly looks so to me.
Have only just seen what is meant by pyramage- thought it was some strangely shaped card. I totally agree Dips, it's 'orrible- I don't mind decoupage, some of the images are lovely, but this 'squashed pointy' effort would not be welcome through my letter box. Not that it would fit.
And yes, ribbons are made from textiles not card.
Didn't actually mean this to be a grumpy post! Happy, happy, happy really!- especially if we get OTO's

When I was watching the launch show I could see that there was a layer 'missing' I think it's obviously for a slightly different effect the the other pyrimage kits available (notable Stack Its)..I quite like a bit of pyrimage, depending on the image. But as I said before, I think I spotted only a couple of toppers that I liked - the long green bauble images come to mind - so there's little point in my buying the whole kit

My problem with Kanban in general is all their products use just card, never shiny card or anything else for their toppers, I think they look dull! Not for me!

Well MIL bought the TSV round for me to split it with her. I'm going to have to eat my words here because I rather like the TSV now. There are some stunning pieces of artwork and the foil card is gorgeous. I found the spelling mistake but interestingly, the ideas sheet has a card made up in that design and the spelling is correct. I wonder if Kanban noticed it themselves and thought we wouldn't!!!!! My only grievance, is the way it is packed. You'd think all the foil card would be together, all the toppers together and all the pyramage together but no, it looks like its been shuffled. I thought MIL had done it but she says no!!

Your right about the shuffling it took me ages to sort but really like it. It will keep me quiet for ages whilst I am recovering from my hiatus hernia op

I missed the TSV as I was away, but having watched the video online, it looks really nice!
If anyone bought it and doesn't like it, or doesn't want everything in the kit, please let me know!
