Just read my emails and Calico have a sale on well they have had one for a while but all tara green tree flowers are now 20p a pack so of course I had to stock up. also the 1st 5O online orders will get free p&p. Calico is not far from me but I thought time I get there Sat all the good stuff will be gone so being a tightwad:smirk: opted for 99p second class post thinking by now the free p&p would be finished but low and behold the postage was deduted at checkout wish I known as I would of gone for 1st class I do hate waiting lol.

Mine have just arrived and I'm a very happy bunny :clapping:

I have got somewhere in the region of 700 flowers for around £7 aanndd the little pieces of card in the packaging are a lovely shade of sage green and are gonna be useful in themselves.

The price of flowers :usually puts me off buying them and then, when I have taken the plunge, using them. :flower: Now there will be flowers everywhere. :flower:

Mothership did you pay P&P I got the free p&p but mine have not arrived yet and they are only 10 mins away by car I should have got hubbie to get them Saturday when he when to the fishing shop next door.

I paid for 2nd class postage and mine not here yet. They have been shipped though. Can I ask are the flowers in bags or boxes. Trying to work out wether they will fit through the letter box.

I too paid for 1st class post and I got an email yesterday updating me that my order had been dispatched.

I went a little mad on my order and even with that they did fit through the letterbox.

I paid with Paypal (extra insurance that way) and there were a couple of colours that they could not supply so they put the cashback in with the paperwork, so don't just chuck... it just in case. :cool2:

I paid by paypall too my account has only been debited today for the full amount,I did tick the box for full stock check so maybe thats why its taken longer,I have had no email tos ay they have been dispatched either sods law will be I wont get half if any of my order

They phoned me on Monday to ask if it was ok to substitute some of my flowers for some of the other colours. Not had a dispatched email yet payed on Monday. But it sounds like they have been very busy.

I never received a dispatch note but mine arrived today delay was due to them doing a stock take to make sure I got everything I ordered only 3 packs were not available so they popped the 60p in with the order.I.m hoping that now daughter has finished for the summer that I will be able to go to Calico I did say I was not going to spend any more but they do have some great bargains instore that arnt always online thats my excuse and I'm sticking to it.

Still not got my flowers:sad:. Had an email at the beginning of the week to say shipped but paid for 2nd class post.I know some postal workers on strike but got post today just not my flowers..

My email saying shipped was sent Saturday. even 2nd class I would have thought I would have it by now. Hope its not lost :(

I'd email them or give them a ring I never got an email saying they had been shipped but mine arrived in the end.The problem seems to be from London upwards as mail going northwards that I posted last Thursday has not arrived yet items posted the same day not via London have arrived ok , so I think that if you northwards then mail seems to be held up.I would have popped into the store for you today if daughter had not gone out for the day.

:sad::sad: still no sign of my flowers.looks like I am not going to get them now. Not had a card but been to post office and no sign of them. Rang calico and spoke to nice lady have to wait til 3rd august then phone back. No chance of replacements as all sold out as such a super bargain.

Aww that is such a shame, I think they are missing with my mail I sent 2 cards out on the 9th one to Win's in Rugby and another upt that way and they have not been received either, and I think Pams card to win is also missing.I think the problem lies between london and upwards as I have not had any problem with mail to and from anywhere else. Think they should be ashamed of them selves,I bet they have just not bothered with the back log how long does it take to get back on track, mentioned this to postie and he said that the lot that were stiking don't give a fig about peoples mail.
