Problems with awaiting a refund

Hi
Just wondering if anyone has had any problems with returning an item to create and craft and asked for a refund , but still not received anything?
Having problems myself, at the end of it at the moment can't seemed to get any sense for anyone at Create and Craft!

Hi Yvonne, yes it is a situation that has happened to many. I emailed the CEO Andrew Fryatt and eventually got my refund sorted. If you need his email addy, let me know
