Whoops!!
I've done quite well with my deliveries since hubby's been off sick, but just got caught out when postie knocked & handed over the my QVC Berry Sweet bargain kit to him...
"It's <my stash> just getting bigger isn't it? Not less...You only make 3 cards a week but you get 5 deliveries...." "No I don't, haven't bought anything for ages"
Um, that would be apart from the 2 packages that were delivered from C&C last Saturday

I know what you mean Wellington I keep getting that look from Hubby too. Its not that he minds me spending really but just cant understand why I need/want anymore craft stuff. I bought a big sideboard to hide it all away but thats full and now the top is covered with stuff too. I always feel guilty but think what the heck I dont spend on me on anything else so why not. I even have my son (he's 11) saying "you dont mind me using your stuff do you mum? It's not like your ever going to use it all is it" cheeky thing!!
One of the few advantages of a cat over an OH is that you never get that look from a puss, lol!

LOL I agree with that dips. My dog never gives me "the look" either. She just accepts that I buy all sorts of stuff and lots of it! :D MY DH on the other hand has perfected this  over the years.

Wellington what are you going to do with it all????? I keep buying crafty things but then harldly use anything out of the kits, just keep trying to find new storage places for it all. W will have to have a competition on how many cards we make out of the kits, and then what do we do with the finished card.
Just wanted to say how much better this thread has made me feel! :o:D

Actually my cat does manage that look , although not about craft purchases :D
It happens when he thinks he isn't getting enough fuss and attention, which according to him is most of the time

No way would my hubby ever dare comment how much stuff I have.
Below is one of the two rooms he has for his "collection" plus he has commandeered the loft !!

Wow that's an impressive collection!! and so well looked after. As you know I've started blogging which has really inspired me to use up some of my stash mountain. The challenges are great inspiration and great fun... doesn't stop me buying more though ;) as for my poor craft widower DH, he's given up saying anything . I just tell him I need the latest stuff now I've gone professional Tee Hee:D

wish my hubbie kept his fishing stuff that tidy, the garage is full to bursting, the shelves are busting with flavoured spam and strawberry and pineapple and other flavoured boilies(little balls that look like bonbons)just how many fishing reels, rods and bags does a man need and he has the cheek to say oh no not more card stock and stencils do you realy need all that:rolleyes:

Hubby decided last night that he may be being a little hypocritical - his word not mine. He has little obbessions about things he'd like to buy, but doesn't actually need. ATM it's a GPS thingy for the car & he's also been eying up XBoxes & PS3s cos we have a little spare money this month. When I went to bed he said he felt a bit guilty & a little hypocritical cos I wouldn't get any use out of a games console & yet he goes on at me about my little deliveries. We may have a breakthrough LOL
However, he didn't actually offer up any of this spare cash to me for stash...:o

Hubby did say he was going to convert the garge into a craft room for me. It's now got a full scale model railway in it. At least he still doesn't know I'm a forum member yet - he's at a wine tasting with my dad and brother at the moment.;)

lol nicecupoftea althought the garage would of been better with crafty things in than a model railway
