Error in the last Xmas TSV!!!!

For anyone that bought the last Xmas Craft TSV, apparently there is another spelling mistake

Is that the Kanban one that some are still waiting to receive? What will they do about that then? :rolleyes:

Found the mistake, think you would have to be a bit arsey to complain tbh.

As far as I can see it is two little message banners that are wrong.

Well I was "arsey" enough to mention it when I was on the phone to CS about something else. I also have to say that unlike Ideal World they did get back to me about it, were extremely polite and helpful, and are going to contact Kanban.

I haven't seen the mistake myself and have no idea if they will do anything to rectify it. I just find it hilarious that, yet again, Kanban have a spelling error in one of their TSV's. You'd have thought they'd learn't their lesson the 1st time.

Just got back from Topaz demo weekend and they had the single sheets from the tsv on sale, £1.25 a sheet.

ha didn't look at the spellings, julie they had some cards and backing sheets from kanban near the toppers, but to be honest I didn't take much notice, I managed to see Dawn, Leonie, Lyndsey Mason, Kirsty Wiseman, sara and Paula Pascal, some very good designers, but the rooms weren't big enough for everyone and not very accessable for wheelchair brigade, and I had to queue for nearly an hour to pay which really p'd me off.

I don't think there is any thing wrong with contacting customer services about this. I can remember a previous christmas TSV (think it was crafty bitz) where there was a spelling mistake and they just sent out a new sheet with correct spellings. It's what you paid for after all.

oh I was at Dawn Bibbys studio today too :) great fun swapped an ATC with Dawn and Leonie :)
got lots of bargains from the cheap stall outside run by Dawns nephew £5 embelishments 3 for £2 decoupage sheets 11 fro £2 stamps £1 each there was loads

I bought this item using cheque option and a few days later changed payment to cc. When I checked my account a couple of days after that, I noticed that I had been put on waitlist. :( I have now received a letter from cs to say that there is a quality problem with this item and that they hope to fulfill my order within 30 days otherwise they will cancel it. As it is a Kanban item I am hoping that they will get more in. I wonder if there have been complaints about the pyramage die cuts as well. I noticed at the shows that there appeared to be a layer missing in many of the samples, but as I have not made this type of card before was not sure if it was a mistake or if that is how they should be. On the other hand it could be that they have insufficient stock to fulfill all the orders and this just gives them a little more time to get more in.

Have received a letter from qvc saying Kanban would be sending out a replacement sheet in September

My replacement arrived today. Not bad service, though I reckon QVC must have sat on them, because the last time this sort of thing happened it took quite a while. Mind you, imagine if it had been C&C - it'd have been next Christmas before we got satisfaction, if at all!!
