These are finally the pics of some of the pages from the scrapbook I did for my mum for last Christmas - that one I made in about a week. At least I hope these are going to be pics, cos I've been fighting with Photobucket for the last hour or so & I'm hoping it's all going to come out fine & dandy...

I was a bit wary about putting their pics up on an open forum & had already taken the pics with their faces obscured when hubby demanded I do it anyway. It's a bit of a shame as some of the expressions make the photo really, but I suppose in this day & age you can't be too careful where your kids are concerned :0
Absolutely agree, Wells, you can't be too careful, sadly. It just made me giggle - I thought this may be a new way of saving for stash, sort of the scrapbook equivalent of a loose change jar

They're lovely, Welly - bet your mum was chuffed to bits :)
Your cards are great too (if I keep all my chatting on the one thread, it won't be so naughty to chat in the gallery :p).
I particularly like that they are all so different, I think I have a bit of a habit of doing very similar styles :rolleyes:

they are lovely pages Welly...your children have beautiful blonde hair! How old is Rosie? She looks the same age as my daughter - she will be 4 in November.

Thanks all. Don't think I'll be doing another scrapbook in a hurry - well not 12x12 at any rate. I still don't quite know how I got about 40 pages done in a week :eek: My parents keep both scrapbooks out (did an 8x8 one for dad as well) & look at them a lot.
they are lovely pages Welly...your children have beautiful blonde hair! How old is Rosie? She looks the same age as my daughter - she will be 4 in November.
They got their blond hair from hubby who was also blond as a child but it darkened to brown when he was a teenager (& is now lightening to grey :D ) Rose is coming up to 3 & a half - she'll be 4 next March while Josh will be 6 next March - there's 2yrs & 2 days between them. Actually. come to think of it, the oldest of those pics were taken in August last year, so she was actually only 2 & a half...

Thought she looked same age as my daughter, my 2 have birthdays in the same week too, although there is 10 years between them! Thanks for sharing the pages with us.

OH well as everyone else has had their tuppence worth.... fab work Welly, even more so given how much you had to rush it!!! Your kids look beautiful, despite the facial resemblance to the Queen :D
I love your layouts Welly, I don't know how you managed such lovely work in such a short space of time. What a good idea to use the coins, I have been wary of posting my layouts for that very reason- I will remember that for the future.
