what was going on this morning??

There was no red button, no Q cut, and I couldn't even get through on the net via my phone!! It took me 20 minutes to order something. I didn't see them say anything though.

I never noticed anything it was ok from 7.30am till 10am when I turned off tv

I had no QVCActive this morning - it happens every now and then when they are updating the software.
