...I see there was free p&p on the items on the Preview show this morning :D I didn't watch it, just had a nosey at the product list a few minutes ago...And I noticed free p&p on the items on the Dufex Christmas POW show too

Is it a Craft Day? With apologies to anyone who may have already said whether it is or not...

It is a craft day today and tomorrow I think as odd bits I've seen today have all shown free UK P&P.

I'm resisting temptation as the POTD does look good - I'm a member of the Crafter's Companion site so got a sneak preview at the weekend.

Thank goodness for once its not Christmas - having made over 80 cards and with another load still to make I'm sick of Christmas :D

I don't seem to get these C&C Club emails - I think it's cos of the settings on our account though TBH. I'm in a DW Yahoo Group & when I post there my posts don't arrive in my Inbox, but I can see people replying to them - which is a pain when you realise I may be missing other emails too...

I also see there's a Craftathon and a Craft Weekend....:eek: Hang on, I'm off to check some dates on MM's site...

Sad thing is, I may be interested in the CDs - but I need to see the designs...I don't mind a bit of CC, I like some of Sara's ideas for cards & I have the PaperCraft CDs (when WaveCrest crafts were flogging them off for about $7.50 each)

Well I confess I have given in and ordered the POTD :eek: as some of the designs are really lovely and I keep telling myself it's a bargain with the bonus extra Christmas CD. :D

I saw the midnight show & wasn't 100% sure I liked it so I passed. I think I've been put off by the amount of 'pictorial' designs IYSWIM - I've never been keen on the decoupage designs on the CC CDs, I just like the nice backing papers!

There wasn't an Extravagnza show last night Dips - I don't think there's one listed at all for this Craft Day...But seeing as though it's the Craftathon 12th-15th Aug & then a Craft Weekend 23rd-25th Aug I doubt we've got too long to wait for the next Extravaganza :rolleyes:

Well I am making a card at the moment but broke off to order something. The P&p is supposed to be free across the site is it not? Or am I missing something/
The first item was free p&p but another item I wanted was £3.95 p&p. I checked many other items even ones similar to the one I wanted and sure enough all were free p&p.

So I phoned them and the woman was clueless to the fact of the free p&p today anyway. She went off to check with the studio and was told that some items might not be free p&p.
I went on a bit but it was on deaf ears as the woman , who was nice enough, was clueless. I told her that they had just lost my purchase on that item.
I suggested she tell the presenters to stop saying everything is free p&p then..

Yes, Martin has just said yet again EVERY single item is free p&p.

There is actually a note on the site stating "Free p&p on the site until 9pm" - with no little disclaimers that it applies only to certain items...Here we go again :mad:

Sounds like they haven't managed to make sure that everything is marked with free p&p so the system is charging what it sees

Indeed wellie I know that stupid woman is wrong. She kept saying we have strict protocols to follow.
I have emailed the studio saying it is meant for the people running the show. so Let's see if they respond.
Trust me to find probably the only item on the dman site still showing P&P lol

Had a pretty quick reply from the gallery. Indeed it is all free p&p (as we already know ), and they say they are rectiying the website right now. Also said I would be offered a refund asap. I told them I hadn't ordered the item as I wasn't paying p&p.

We all know that it isn't always easy to get a refund off them hence why I didn't order until it was sorted on the site.
