Can I pick the enormous gestalt brain of CT.com please :D

When I first set off stash building, I bought a 3 for 2 offer from Lakeland of packs of 50 (I think, can't quite remember the amount) mixed white card blanks & envelopes - A6, 5" square & tall/slims. These have been really handy, especially for last year's 'general' (as opposed to close friends & family) Christmas cards. However, I'm running low & as Lakeland no longer stock them I'm struggling a little to find something similar.

Argos do a decent pack of 200 (50 x 4 different sizes) for $17.99, but being the skinflint I am, I wondered if there were any other deals out there? Some of the QVC packs are great - but only come in single sizes

only other place i can think of is the paper mill where u can fill a box for about £8 i think if you can get to a shop its alot better than ordering online as you can pick and mix your own choice between paper and card in A4 and A5 sizes

I'm after pre-scored card blanks Marzipan, rather than cardstock - but as you say, Papermill is a bit good for cardstock :D

Sometimes the Works have 3 for 2 offers on packs of 50 cards and envelopes. Clarkcraft.co.uk have packs of 50 all different sizes too and they are half price of rrp for 50. Hope this helps Welly.

I seem to have just ended up with a drawer full of card blanks!

I agree QVC do quite a selection and Welly (hate to say this) C&C do some good packs, I have had the Works ones - which are bigger than A6 but good quality. I love A5 and tend to buy mine from Madaboutcards.com (only cos the Handy Hippo don't deliver to Jersey)

Also there is the Handy Hippo:

Places like Partners do packs by Royal & Langnickel - they are packs of 50 all one size and sell at around £5 per pack. I guess if you got 150 on a 2 for 3 offer you could buy 3 packs for £15 and choose packs that are different shapes/sizes - I have seen A5, A6 and Square packs in this range and they do come with envelopes too.

Welly, as per usual, I'm going to recommend PDA card and craft. As you know, their P&P is a bit stiff for one-off items, but if you want me to give you a shout next time I'm ordering (sod's law being that I had an order only last week) so that you can tag on the end, then just let me know.

Finally, I know you don't "do" Ebay, but this sort of thing is just the thing you'd find on Ebay and as they have a half price listing day tomorrow, they'll be some bargains going on over the next 10 days!

Depending on what quality you want, craft tonic do packs of 50 cards in tall slim tall ,wide tal,l a6 and square in cream, white or pastel, from 5,99 when on offer to 7.99
For more choices like pearl glitter ect go to www.craftcreations.com where you will be spolit for choice, you can ,mix and match in one price range and the more you order the cheaper it is only thing is you have to buy envelopes sep, but you can then choose the colours for them too, P&P is 3,99 per order and they are good with delivery normally 3 days unlesss its a buzy time as they supply stock to qvc ideal world ect. They sell loads of craft bits not as cheap as some places but you can pick and mix which is what I like, sometimes the tsvs have just too much in them for my liking or bits I dont want so false economy

I have to agree with LJ. Craft Creations are excellent when it comes to variety and quality.

I just spotted this on the product listings for the POTD show - quite interesting as although it technically works out more expensive than Argos, I don't know when I'll get near an Argos again ATM & might be tempted to buy 2packs...Could just do with the card sizes as they're not noted on the website & there seem to be 2 sizes of square card (going off the envelopes) but one seems quite small...Hmmmmm

Oh good grief - I really need to go to sleep now...the C&C set isn't more expensive than Argos with my club discount...I appear to have fried even more brain cells - I seem to be loosing them very fast ATM
