Hi Sheena love your site would love to try the ideology bracelets and watches but not sure about the fastenings I see you have two on your site but not sure how to attach them to bracelet.

You need to use the hitch fasteners and this video from Suzanne (she has a great blog, really useful guides on it) on youtube explains it all http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=byAtdh7mm3U&feature=related There's a part 2 for this in her videos. It's the watch demo rather than bracelet but obviously the basics are the same.
Not sure if Sheena has one on youtube or not, I think Tim himself has one on there but I have this is the first one I found and I'm also watching F1 so craft doesn't have my full attention for once :cheeky:
