Hi, does anyone know of a good book on stamping and what ink pads to use. I have had a look on Amazon but they seem quite 'old'. Any help would be greatly appreciated. J

No advice I can give really. I've been trying to find stamping books myself but Amazon doesn't seem to have much to offer. You might try checking out Search Press (sorry don't have an actual link). They tend to do specialist craft books, not very expensive. Not very big books either but what they have are good. Barbara's book (Clarity Stamps) is a Search Press one.
Other than that I find I am better off googling. This is a very good site:

As far as ink pads are concerned, there are a few good posts on this forum. I asked for help about ink pads on here recently and some of our posters are very knowledgeable.
