You reminded me of my husband's story of when he was a small boy. One Christmas he had a toy guitar. He'd strummed it so often- it was hidden in the back of his parent's wardrobe - that he'd shredded the wrapping paper by Christmas Day.

Hope it's what you wanted Jan.

I'm afraid I'm not good at disguising it, if it's not what I wanted. I feel so sorry for my poor husband!

After years of buying me what he thought I wanted not what I did want, ie a winter coat that was as so huge we could have rented it out(i,m only ickle),and a pair of fluffy boots that made me look like a yeti, My daughter now is in full charge of the gift sorting, only thing is if he's not sure what an item is he will either not bother or just guess or buy the lot(hence my wardrobe full of molton brown that I'm trying to use up) lol. I won't have to worry this time coz anything from the site will do me just fine:cheeky:

I've taken to writing a list for Santa Hubby. Often it's accompanied by a picture and the name of the store:cheeky:

He did buy me two fabulous keyboards all by himself that I was thrilled to bits with but I am now of the age that I have what I want/need already and just don't want to fill what space we have left with stuff that will never be used (we both work from home - and now, wot with crafting....:emo:)
