This IMO is the TRUE test of a company's committment to it's customers..... what do they do when things go wrong? When things go well it's easy to look good to your customers......but no matter how you try sometimes stuff does go wrong ... and this is when the companies who really care about giving good service shine......

Last night I was cutting out my new stamps from Cuddly Buddly, I noticed on one of them the rubber is cracking and splitting inside the image. My first thougth was "EEEEK.. have I cut into the stamp", but then I realised this was the lines INSIDE the outermost outline of the image so no way had my scissors slipped or the cut would have been through the outmost line too. Anyhow it was late last night but I hopped onto the Cuddly Buddly web site and clicked on the "contact us" link to let them know.

Early this morning I got a reply.... not only are they replacing my faulty stamp but they have told me to choose another stamp free of charge. What great service!!!

So I would definately recommend shopping with this company because their stamps are lovely, the other 3 are fine, deeply cut and stamp well and on top of that you know that if something does go wrong they make sure they put it right with bells on!

Thats good to know, :) do we have a section for good and bad service?
might be worth considering
