Anyone bought this item before?
I got it last month but my parcel did not include the paper, anyway after 5 or 6 calls to QVC i receiced a replacement today and guess what,
still no paper pads. Am I just very unlucky or anyone else had this problem?

Maybe QVC got the title wrong, seems odd they haven't included the pads in the picture :confused:. I've bought somethings from them in the past that really don't relate to what they said you get.
Might be worth asking customer service if it does actually include pads.

Spoke to customer service and another devision , neither commented if there might be a fault on the website, just said they are going to send me another kit.
Thats why I asked here if anybody ordered the item, and what they received.
This is an odd one. I'm guessing that the item hasn't actually been shown on air yet as there's no video presentation to watch for that item. It might be that it will be on air on TSV day - 30th September - as there are a few scrapbooking shows then.

After 6 weeks of promisses from different departments to send me the missing items, they realised they made a mistake and the kit does not include two paper pads.
Arrgh.:mad: And they still have not changed the description online. the kit is sooo overpriced now it does not include the paper. Have seen the page protectors for £7.95 each online. They are def a good buy, just not with QVC.
