Yes that is an Elusive Images themeplate. It's one of those 3 DL plates made into a single A4 plate. However, is it a bargain? I have never been to sure about that because some if not all of the "greetings" are incorporated on various of the other themeplates - by that I mean the plates that come with a mixture of both images and text sentiments. Anyhow I always sort of felt I would end up with double stamps because I am fairly sure I have some of those greetings already from other themeplates.
In general terms however it's a good price for an Elusive Images A4 themeplate, but only if you get free p&p - otherwise check out CraftyOne or other resellers of Glenda's stuff who do free shipping.

This plate was on the last live shows that Glenda & Lynn did - with the new Christmas plates a month or so ago.
She always seems to manage to arrange these fab deals with C&C...
