its a great site and the price is a real bargain. I posted about cut@home on a large scrapbooking site (I'm sure you know the one) last year and had my thread shut down :( because so many people were asking for the link to buy the nestabilities.

Yes it is a great site ,got the ovals a few months ago and certainly worth registering to get the 40% off coupon.Looking forward to using circles now might have to get the rectangles next..

Oh hey that reminds me, I ordered my round set on the 11th and nothing yet. Did they still send you a dispatch email or not anymore since the website changed?

I`ve been trying to convince myself for the last three weeks I don`t need them.I have been pricing them up in lots of places but have finally ordered them tonight, well, four for less than £35 was just too good to miss.

I saw these once on C&C but was confused, do they enable you to cut perfect shapes for matting and layering - is that the idea?

I still got an email sammykaye to say the item was shipped. Got it last Monday and arrived yesterday. ROC yes you are right they do help with matting and layering. If you get the scalloped and the plain ones you can fit them perfectly with a small amount of the scallop showing. You dont need to have all the set though you could just go for one. I like to be able to show the scallop edge in a contrast colour. The dies work with most die cutting machines i have the big shot. You can cut the shape and also you can get a embossed inprint around the edge to give a proffesional look.(to get the emboss bit you need to get a piece of tan emboss mat) I have seen that if you have a magnetic sheet you can position the dies to cut out a frame.( Not tried this yet) I bought one set of rectangles first to see if I liked them but really should have got circles or ovals as they are harder to cut freehand.(Now have circles & ovals also from usa) Having said that I now want to get the scalloped edge rectangle to go with my original set. Hope this helps a bit

I really need the scalloped round ones and was going to get them this week....that is untill my daughter told me on Sunday she has no money left for food. She's trying to keep the house going till it sells but was made redundant 3 weeks ago.So decided that the scalloped can wait till another day:).

Hmm, maybe one of the sets was out of stock, i'll have to contact them.
i came to the same conclusion after ordering the squares and square scallops, circles are much harder to cut, that's why they were my second order. That said, the squares have meant I'm using my cuttlebug so much more. I love them, so neat and the corners are ever so slightly rounded off.

I have a Bigshot and I would love to buy some Nestabilities. Do I need to buy anything extra to emboss?

You wont need anything to cut them but you will need a silicone mat to emboss with them. I got mine in this pack but you can buy it separately

just thought others might get carried away like I did, and order 2 sets of nesties at the same time to save on p+p, while using my 40% off coupon. (ucutathome)
Just got the dreaded card from Royal Mail, and I've had to pay an extra £12 in customs charges:mad:
so next time I'll just order 1 set at a time

i got a response, one of my sets is out of stock. I thought i vaguely recalled something like that.
What do you mean by 2 sets missusnobby? I ordered the large square and large scallop square last month and they came with a "lower than i paid" valuation in the customs slip. Seems a shame that you got caught. I bet £8 of that is RM charges too isn't it? grrr!

Thanks luvtocraft and jeanfan, I can't wait for them to arrive, I've wanted some for ages but haven't been able to afford them until now, I think every card is going to have nestie die cuts on them for quite a while.
