It's always nice to welcome new members - I am still quite new myself & have always felt most welcome here!
I have been mucking about on forums for as long as I can remember & this one is without question the friendliest, nicest & least cliquey of the lot, bar none!
Re. uploading pics, Phree wrote an excellent 'how to post pictures on the forum' (using Photobucket) thread, see here:

Aww, cute cockers, what a lovely pic! :cool2:
Don't worry about pic, as Sugarplum says, everybody's plonked a giant sized pic on a forum at some point, honest! lol
I haven't used Photobucket in yonks but I seem to remember you need to resize your pics at source before uploading but as I say, it's not something I use now, so may be wrong!
Somebody more PB familiar will probably come along & advise you I expect!
Great pic though!

Marilyn, we all started not knowing how to ......... whatever, and some of us just get to managing and some of us get to helping, and some never quite get this new technology, but I don't think that most of those who can, ever forget the learning bit and are happy to help with the bit they get and others don't
BTW they are cute, and how much snow did you get?

Hi Marilyn! Cute doggies.
I post the link to the thumbnail, then people can click on to it. I have a few Photobucket accounts and keep one personal, just for family pix.
I have also posted giant photos before now!

Aw they are adorable Marilyn! Mum's is a golden and my Charlie was a little black terror (in a lovely way!). And the eyes do melt your heart don't they... Charlie was a rescue dog and I only had him for a few years but he was worth it. Thanks for sharing the pics.

Yes....they do melt my heart....except when the wee tinkers bark at the many, many pussy cats who cross my front window which is almost the whole front of the house ..and they cross a lot...in fact they sometimes stop nonchalantly to clean their whiskers and seem to pay no heed to my two slavering mad eyed hackle raised pooches just a pane of glass away.....you could swear the pusses were smirking as they s l o w l y lick their wee paws .......hmmmm...also, cockers are smaller than springers which are just as cute and friendly as cockers -just taller ....:hi::hi:

Aw so cute, thanks for posting the pics. I love cocker's ears and their big bear paws! My mum's black cocker's vet described her as 'wilful' (the cocker not my mum!) after just one visit - how did he know? love her to bits though and she just loves to be fussed.
The word 'wilful' doesn't want to appear where ive put it!

They are both adorable. Ive never had dogs but my brother had springers (working guns dogs) and they were lovely Mad as hatters but lovey. The couple down the road from us have a golden cocker and she is the cutest wee thing I swear she is on springs the way she bounces about. I would secretly love one especially for Ross as an only child but as I work it just would not be fair to the doggie to be on its own for 5 hours a day so I will have to settle for enjoying piccies of yours
