Our local Paper Mill shop has the new Do Crafts/Papermania embossing folders for £2.69. :cool2:

OH bought me the Xmas Ribbon & Stars Tree one and it went through my Bug no problem. It says on the package for most die cutting machines. The packaging has a mirror board embossed sample inside. The normal price is £2.99 but the Paper Mill shop had 10% off.

Eight in the normal range, 6 are Xmas ones. Dots, Ribbon Xmas Tree, Vines, Xmas 4 Border Patterns, 4 Xmas Boarder Greetings, Scrolls with Xmas Baubles, Pattern of Large & Small Snowflakes and Frame with Xmas Greetings. The Silent Night range has a small snowflake and another all over pattern. The Do Crafts Magazine was advertising the September issue having a FREE Xmas Tree full size embossing folder and it's different to the one I had yesterday.

I noticed those Dax but haven't bought any yet. The price is excellent and I'm pleased to know they went through your Cuttlebug ok. Yes the next Do Crafts Magazine will be a must. If I'm correct I think you also get another free gift as well as the embossing folder which is great.

Oooh just looked these up and they are nice. Must get the Do Craft magazine although it will mean a trip to the Craft Shop (not easy parking!).

Gracesgran the Do Craft magazine I bought yesterday issue 22 had stamps as the freebie, Born to Shop Bubbles Collection. The embossing folder freebie will be in the next one Issue 23 in September and as Icebubble says also an extra freebie of an Xmas stamp so it says.

I like the Do Craft magazine and think it is a bargain at £2.50 especially as they give a freebie too. :clapping:

This sounds interesting, thanks for the heads up, can you get this mag from a general newsagent please?

You can't get it from the newsagent but:

Gracesgran you can buy it on-line from loads of places like The Glitter Pot, loads of places, I just got the July and Xmas Goody Bags too - they are excellent!

Jan I am lucky that our Paper Mill Shop sells them. I have seen them in The Range too. Might have to be a Do Craft stockist to sell them as I saw them in a craft/art shop in Chepstow, lots of back issues there.

Are the folders the same size as the cuttlebug ones?

Yes Angela exactly the same size. Just no name printed on it, so I had to be careful which was round I put the card in. The only thing I could not do was center it in the middle of an A5 card as the top of the tree is close to the fold, so would have to mat and layer.
