Hi everyone. Has anyone ordered from this company recently? I have in the past ordered blank cards are they are inexpensive and had no problems. I made an order on 17 September and have heared nothing since. My card was debited on 18 Sep and I have emailed them twice and tried the telephone number which is unobtainable. Thanks

I've never heard of them but just looked at their website. Have you tried both the telephone numbers ( I expect the answer is yes but just trying to help)

Thanks, Joan - I wanted the blank cards because I'm going to go to a branch of The Stroke Association to make some cards with them as a therapy and for 'a bit of a change' thing for them to do. Looks like I've just lost around £38

Just to let you know - I received an email today to say they are looking into my order. They have been really good in the past and I would hate to slag them off at this stage unfairly. I did get the email address for them from this site.

A quick update - I received a parcel today (which was posted yesterday) but a couple of things were 'to follow' and I had paid for 50 sheets pearl card and received only 10 - another email sent.

It's a shame really as I felt they were really good value for basic cardstock and have ordered a few times in the past. I'm afraid my faith in them has been shaked a little.
