Christmas Triple Treasures CDs

I received these at the weekend & they are really lovely:)
On the Essentials cd there are some pages to print out to make "Billboard Cards".
Does anyone know how to do these please?
I've email MM but not had a reply as yet.:(

I`ve just printed one out and there are some instructions about folding it on the bottom of the sheet

I connected up a different printer last night & the instructions print out now, like you say. Not sure what's up with the Epson printer, as I tried printed 2/3 different images & there were definitely no instructions at the bottom.
Michele Marsden has replied back as well with instructions, so hopefully sorted now!

Oh, I think my freind Jess got these, I will have to pop round to visit her and take a look, we share stuff so if there are bits I like she will print some for me!
