Hope I did the right thing. Bought from a website - Purplelinda. Has anyone used them before? What are their delivery times like?

Funnily enough I ordered from her today! Looking for some 4ply white baby wool and she had some. Not the cheapest but her postage rate is very good and you do know that you will get your stuff. I've ordered from her before a couple of times and always been very pleased. I always think her site has a nice air about it and she sells all the good "wantable" stuff plus loads for crocheters. Her sale section always have something interesting in it; you can try something different for very little outlay.
Hope you enjoy your purchase.

Thanks Muffintop. Ordered Wednesday, and goods came yesterday - all in pristine condition!!! Will definitely be buying from her again - the postage is a lot less than for me to get a bus just into our town centre, which has a very limited supply, or Newcastle - and no crowds. Like the fact that her goods are all recognised brands.

Glad you are pleased. I agree with the cost, I don't mind paying postage as long as it isn't silly. It would cost me nearly are much to to the one woolshop in our city! I don't go there because it is extremely uninspirational. I'd rather sit at home with a coffee and loads of choice on offer.
Happy Knitting

Gee thanks! I love websites where I can easily see what I want and I can browse without things "jumping" out of the basket. The only problem I have now is that I want loads and loads of things on her website!
