re die cut decoupage rather that cutting sheets in the tsv. i emailled and within 5 mins i had a response as follows:

We made a decision based on the number of sales we were getting for die-cuts, compared to the conventional sheets. We will take what you say into account, however, and let you know if we release any 'non- die-cut' versions.

Wow! Well done to Jolly Nation and their CS. :)

Decoupage isn't really my thing, but I can appreciate that a lot of people find the cutting out difficult due to dexterity probs and also time consuming, yet for others the cutting out is relaxing and half the fun of it. What's a craft company to do?
