Just had this e-mail from Craft Central if anybody is interested. Although I expect someone has already posted before me.

Dear Crafter

THE MEGA DEAL ! Stock has started arriving in our stores, ready for Saturday morning. What is the MEGA DEAL? Well, it was a today's special value on a well known shopping channel last year. What we're doing is offering that package at a big discount BUT - you can buy single items from within it at a knockdown price AND - probably best of all - buy four items from it and get another four FREE - all for £5! We've also bought in a lot of other craft items, many featured on TV. Plenty of reasons to visit Craft Central this weekend! Now we've got to top that with the next mega deal.....

The interesting thing is that they are saying it was a TSV i.e QVC item but recently they have gone hand in hand with Create & Craft. Maybe they have got fed up with them already.

Sure I saw a poster in my local store a couple of weeks ago for this. Seem to think it was a Create and Craft kit, think they must have slipped up referring to it as a TSV.

I think I've just changed my plans again for tomorrow morning. If it is an old Pig of the Day instead I think I'll stay at home. Never been tempted by any POTD.

Seen this today as I used to work in my local store - seems it is an old QVC set that are all stamps. They are all in a wooden box but in the case of Craft Central they are selling them individually, did not like them really so did not take much notice of the acutal offer sorry! On another forum someone said that with P&P they paid £45 for the box. One lady in the shop had bought them previously from QVC so deffo from there!

These would be the same rubber stamps that they are trying to flog at almost every craft show I have been to this year (Newbury,Sandown and Ally Pally) for £1 each or 6 for £4........so they don't sell very well at all........

Those stamps never appealed to me when they were a TSV and I certainly wont be rushing out to buy them now :D
