I've just unpacked my double inkpad storage rack from Inkylicious. New antistatic pad from them too. Absolutely thrilled with the storage rack. Lots of space for me to add more inkpads!
Other purchases this month:
Renewal of Clarity New Stamp club, plus joined the "12 lessons" club. And a couple of stamps in the membership sale of course.
Stamp storage folders and some sheets of EZ mount from Joanna Sheen.
Annas Collection Just fro You stamp and two distress pads from Glitterpot.
Draper mini drill kit. So I can start making things for my dolls house

Next task is to order some more cream and some more white card. Hardly any left in my stash.

My local craft shop is closing down, im absolutely gutted cos it was so handy and the lady who ran it really great. She started a 25% off everything closing down sale on Tuesday, took a few hours holiday thursday afternoon and went to see her and came away £34.50 poorer lol. But for my cash I got a new Woodware fingerguard trimmer (damaged my old one so it no longer cuts straight), a can of spray and sparkle, some red BIA wires, foam pads, two packs of crystal and pearl brads in assorted sizes, 40 A5 envelopes, one of the paint brushes the lady used on qvc when she was demoing mica powders and paints (cant remember her name or company lol) and 25 sheets of A3 card in assorted colours.

Going back in the morning as my friend who cant get to the shop as she is working really needed the A5 envelopes so I gave her them and just hope when I go back she still has some left lol.

The new House Mouse stamps are gorgeous! The paperclip and love heart sweets ones are my favourite. I just couldn't resist them so 3 sheets are on the way to me from JS. DH is going to be getting sent lots of soppy cards. He won't be at all embarrassed! LOL!

I've only bought the House Mouse decoupage so far but very tempted to go in for some of the stamps. The mice have such dear little expressions, a few of them look just like my two cats when they are being naughty!

I had to order a new heat gun today. Last night my old onedecided to jump off the craft table, gave off a very pretty shower of sparks then, of course wouldn't work again. I'd already decided to replace it with the dual heat that Joanna Sheen sells. I'd seen it in action elsewhere and liked it.

While I was on site I treated myself to two sheets of Housemouse stamps ( Tulip and Chocolate) and somehow managed to click on a House mouse Mouse pad (well there's a cat on it!).

When I'd gone through checkout I realised I needed to order some more Pinflair gel glue. Rang Joanna Sheen with the hope it could be added. Of course it could. Whole thing sorted within a minute or two.

So, yet another example of good service from a good company, run by a lovely lady with lovely helpful, organised staff.

Bless me father cos I have been and gone and sinned big styleee

Craft Robo
Marianne Branch die

I have had my eye on the Robo for a while now, and I was green with envy at the other teamies of Sheena's doing BIG cards cos they had cricuts and the like and I knew I didn't want to cough up more dosh for a brand new die cutter just to cut larger sizes, plus of course, the ludicrous cost of one set of grand nesties, so I figured the next best thing was one were I could design my own LARGE shapes, so the robo it is. I only went for the lite as I wont need the optical eye thingy, and in all other respects the lite is the same as the normal robo. Paid for it this morning, expecting delivery tomorrow. So if craft day is pants I will have something new to amuse myself with, or tear my hear out with, lol

Any other Robo users out there any places for good freebies? Particularly interested in freebie design software and nestie labels type shapes

Gawd I am not going to admit to everything I have bought this month. Have been really really naughty,

Most of the things are small really but it still adds up. Have bought six pro markers at my local stationers were only 50p each and had lots that I didn't have, so well chuffed. Also 2 tins of K & Company fripperys (charm necklace things use the frames and chain separate) again from stationers going cheap. More stamps paperartsy x 2 (half price) online and Serena 2 (another stamp) also 2x Joanna Sheen pads (half price) & couple of QVC last clicks courtesy of SCW!

I love a bargain me!! Gulp,

that's it for a while  but I am hankering after some Cherry pie stamp sets mmmm gorgeous, noooo will have to stop!

Wahoo, go Looby!
I downloaded some free templates from Shilouette, you should get a voucher with your Robo as you can also purchase from there.
www.ukscrappersco.uk website is full of useful info and there are lots of free templates but you have to register and make 10 posts in order to see/use them. A lot of them on there use Inkscape for designing. Also, don't forget to register with www.crafty-club.co.uk as that will extend your guarentee to 2 yrs, get you discount and free postage on consumables and you can also download some more free templates.
No doubt someone else with lots more experience can offer better advice but hope this helps in the meantime.
Good luck

I had some money for Christmas to spend on some new craft items.:D I've spent the past few weeks trying to decide what to buy!

I bought some Penny Blacks stamps in the Glitter Pot sale. Also got a bottle of the new Perfect Pearl mist spray and some Glossy Accents. They are on their way to me, so hopefully will arrive tomorrow.

I've just splashed out on two sets of Darkroom Door stamps. I've wanted some of these stamps for ages. I'm hoping they're going to be lovely quality as they're not exactly cheap! I also got a couple of Basic Grey pads reduced down to £3.50 each from the Artist Trading Post. I got these with free p+p.:)

I can't see me buying anthing from QVC tomorrow!

As my craft shop is closing down and Im no longer getting my making cards mag from them thought I would take the opportunity to try a different mag and so decided to be totally different and give the debbi moore magazine a try. So I ordered the first one and then did a 3 mag subscription to see if I like it and as it comes with papers and a free cd for £4.99 it could be a good buy. Also got a pack of her shimmer papers to try in the printer as well. Oh and a finally got hold of the creative expressions journal stamp that was on C&C a while ago but bargain of bargains it was only £7.99, a fair bit cheaper than C&C.

. Any other Robo users out there any places for good freebies? Particularly interested in freebie design software and nestie labels type shapes

I've just discovered Penny Duncan's website and she has some free downloads of nestie designs in all sorts of shapes. She has done them in all files to suit different machines - svg for the cricut, GSD for the Robo, also jpg and a couple of others. You can't see the design until downloaded but, as the are free, it doesn't matter if you don't like them and want to delete.
I downloaded some oblong nesties and cut them altogether and then found they can also be ungrouped so can cut individual ones. :clapping:

Forgot to say, she calls them Shaplies!

Also meant to say I bought a couple of boxes of the C&C mirri board as it is great for practising without feeling I have spent too much and don't mind the rejects.

Sorry Looby, I couldn't paste the link but you've got it now. If you like the nesties on the site Joanne has kindly linked to, you will have to convert from svg file to a gsd file and I believe that is easily done using Inkscape. There are instructions on a site at www.scrappydew.com. At least you can have fun getting things downloaded while waiting for your new toy!

I know Dyzni. I am already getting withdrawal symptoms, but it's as much as I can do to check my emails and read the forum, before she is off again. I had forgotten what hard work puppies are. I currently have newspaper everywhere, but she keeps picking it up in her mouth and dragging it into another room, lol

Went back to tk maxx today as I'd heard the scrapbook kit were on final clearance, I managed to get another american crafts one for £1 yippee, then a small kit with the album missing for 20p some cookie cutters for 30p and a kit to make a sock monster for 70p, but when I got it home there was only one sock in, but the stuffing and instructions are there will just have to use some other socks
