Hi Sharon, I haven't emailed you as I wanted to put this into the forum to let everyone know what excellent service you provide.:up:

Briefly, I ordered a parcel which didn't arrive. I emailed Sharon who replied very promptly and asked me to keep her notified and today I have received a replacement parcel from Sharon who felt I'd waited enough time for my stuff.

I've ordered from Sharon in the past and have always been impressed by her service which is equal to Joanna Sheen so I should have expected nothing less than prompt attention and excellent communication.

I can now and go and happily play this weekend with my lovely CDs.
